Experimental research: (i) Experimental Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms and their applications to Power Electronics and Power Engineering projects: I have been involved in the development of the expertise thus attained is in dealing with Machine Learning, Fuzzy, Neural, algorithms and their combinations for application to motion control as also evident from my list of publications. I have also implemented AI to improve Power Quality, Sensorless Estimation Methods and Modeling, design, bioinformatics. The approach we are following is as follows. The choice of the drive or problem has been made based on the application, real time modeling has been and then the scope of the AI is suggested and implemented. Simulation package  is used for modeling the problem and to develop the AI algorithms. For the implementation and generation of AI algorithms, we first map the input-output data pattern either from practical data or from expertise knowledge. Then, formalism is developed based on the output requirement. An experience in developing code according to requirement of the application and making the algorithms adaptive for multiple uses is the hall mark of my research career. Apart from studying these techniques, I have also performed calculations to make these algorithms multi objective and adaptive by intermixing each other like Fuzzy with Genetic, Fuzzy with Neural etc. In these studies, the adaptability, robustness, speed of processing, accuracy is studied for all possible cases; and (ii) Experimental engineering projects: Further, I am interested in using my experience in any new challenging systems of technological importance.  I am also interested in interfacing of softwares like Python, PSIM, PSPICE, C++ and MATLAB at some instances to get best of algorithms and make them user friendly.
